Introducing Jessy Tabet and her art

Jessy Tabet was born in Lebanon, in the historic Gemmayze neighbourhood, in a family who encouraged art as an essential part of life. She is a graduate of Beaux-Arts University of Lebanon.

Her paintings capture scenes inspired by everyday life, colourful and sensual Pop Art portraits, and nature, in a unique style that intertwines colour and movement to reveal a joyful spirit.

Her more recent abstract figurative style displays the same warm colours and spirit that have the power to transform reality and reach people’s heart. She is represented by the Carré D’Artistes Gallery in Beirut.

Here we present a selection of Jessy’s art that encourages us to take a break from our own reality and go on a Sunday stroll with the “Endimanchés,” stop at “Au café du temps perdu,” or choose to go on a “Forest retreat.”

As we explore the intricate message of  “Endangered species” or “Dangerous liaisons,” we are reminded more than ever about the resiliency art can bring to humanity.

Welcome to The Art of Everyone

In writing my book Everything Else, I realised everybody has their own “everything else”—the thoughts and stories, the experiences, the skills, the imagination, the dreams.

Left unexplored or unshared, they can leave a void, depriving our spirit of something beautiful and nourishing. Having learned that, I created the space here to manifest my own "everything else," and to help others share theirs.

The path here is lined with flowers, the walls are endless, the shelves inviting, the table is set, and there is room for adventure. Bring your own creations or just open your soul for a retreat. This is a space to breathe. Leave the conventional world behind and enjoy.

Thank you for being here.
